Green Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 mango (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 8 baby carrots
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 3 tablespoons of milled flax seed
