I’ve been having a lot of fun lately experimenting with new Vitamix recipes, and today I made a smoothie that really turned out to be delicious! I’ve been buying organic vegetables lately and I can really taste the difference.
- 2 large handfuls of organic spinach
- 1 organic apple
- 1/2 organic red bell pepper
- 1/2 organic cucumber
- 1 organic tomato
- 2 large handfuls of organic baby carrots
- 3 tablespoons of milled flax seed
- 1 clove of garlic
- Some frozen fruit (cherries, mango, pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries)
