I’ve been having a lot of fun lately experimenting with new Vitamix recipes, and today I made a smoothie that really turned out to be delicious! I’ve been buying organic vegetables lately and I can really taste the difference.

  • 2 large handfuls of organic spinach
  • 1 organic apple
  • 1/2 organic red bell pepper
  • 1/2 organic cucumber
  • 1 organic tomato
  • 2 large handfuls of organic baby carrots
  • 3 tablespoons of milled flax seed
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Some frozen fruit (cherries, mango, pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries)
