Green Smoothie Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water
- 1 mango (peeled and sliced)
- 1 roma tomato
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 8 baby carrots
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
- 3 tablespoons of milled flax seed
